Refund policy

As every rakau is made to order, we ask that you return it within 30 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. The unit must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive the returned unit in good condition, we will issue a full refund within 5 working days.

Faulty units
In the unlikely event of a fault, we will repair or replace at no cost within the two year warranty period. Please contact us at support@rakau.london in the first instance.
